These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 3rrrr platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, account management features, and payment facilities available at 3rrrr. By creating an account or using the 3rrrr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money features on 3rrrr. Age verification is mandatory as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any balance voided.
Each player is permitted to hold one 3rrrr account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonus funds held within those accounts.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3rrrr Platform. Where 3rrrr identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all balances including real-money deposits, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

You must not share your username or password with any other person. 3rrrr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You may request closure of your 3rrrr account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
3rrrr is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required. 3rrrr reserves the right to request documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
The 3rrrr Platform operates in PKR. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are charged by 3rrrr on PKR transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 3rrrr.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 3rrrr Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer Baccarat and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
3rrrr reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering patterns designed to exploit low-risk wagering contributions, and any coordinated activity with other Players to generate artificial bonus entitlements.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice.
All casino games available on 3rrrr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the game information panels within the 3rrrr slots lobby. These figures represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Sports betting odds offered through the 3rrrr sportsbook are determined at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be amended or cancelled. 3rrrr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, and will refund the stake to the Player's account in such circumstances.
In-play betting markets — including live cricket markets during PSL and international fixtures — are subject to real-time suspension and reinstatement at 3rrrr's discretion as match conditions change. Bets accepted during a market suspension will be voided and stakes refunded.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and relevant information shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session progress resulting from technical interruption.
3rrrr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific services within it. 3rrrr will endeavour to minimise the impact of such interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
In all cases, 3rrrr's maximum liability to any individual Player for any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their 3rrrr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
3rrrr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the 3rrrr Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3rrrr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 3rrrr's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under 3rrrr's applicable gaming licence.
